Ready Meals - Extruded And Filled Pasta
The series CFS-EF lines can produce prepared dishes consisting of short, long and filled pasta with a single production line. Designed and built with the maximum attention to cleaning and hygiene of every part, they can produce from 600 to 5000 trays /hour depending on the type of product, system of dividing into portions and number of rows of trays proceeding parallel along the line. Special weighing systems make it possible to dispense precooked long pasta as well.

Ready Meals - Lasagna Cannelloni
The series CFS-LC lines can produce prepared dishes consisting of lasagna and cannelloni with a single production line. Designed and built with the maximum care to the cleaning and hygiene of every part, they are offered in four basic configuration with the following approximate hourly production, referring to the lasagna product: 600 trays/hour with the “rotary” type line installation 1200, 1800, 2400 trays/hour with the “linear” type line installation. The number and arrangement of the dispensers depends on the recipe to specify the number of layers of pasta and sequence for dosing the liquid ingredients.
